In July 20, 2022, she had accumulated roughly 5 million followers and 1 billion lifetime views. Paytas was also the host on Frenemies along with Ethan Klein, another YouTuber. Additionally, she has released many singles and albums, and performed on TV and film. Paytas was conceived in Riverside, California on May 8, 1988 before she moved to Illinois. She is the mother of a younger brother and an older half-sister who is more maternal. Paytas was enrolled in an online Catholic school program when she was 15, after her move from Illinois to California. When she was 16 she returned to Illinois to live with her mom and attended the high school of Pecatonica. After the move to Los Angeles to pursue acting, Paytas began doing professional modeling in lingerie and also worked as a stripper and an escort to support herself.
