Sheryl Underwood is an American comedian, host of a TV show and actress best known for hosting The Talk, a popular talk show on daytime. The Talk. Born in Arkansas she was raised at Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is from the same family which has experienced numerous issues. She was a troubled child. young life caring for her older sister Frankie suffering from the disease of polio. As a teenager, she experienced a difficult relationship with her mom. She became the first woman to be a finalist in the contest Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. In 1992, she began her TV debut as a regular on the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. She was a guest as host of Oh Drama! as the host in the year 2000. In 2011, she began appearing in The Talk as co-host. Additionally, she's played fictional roles in series such as Bulworth Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
