Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl Underwood is an American comedian and TV personality most well-known as host for The Talk, a popular talk show that airs on daytime TV. She was raised by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has a turbulent family. Sheryl spent most of her life caring for her sister Frankie with polio. In her early years, she had a relations with her mother were not always smooth. Sheryl states that in one instance her mother stabbed her father because he was being too close with her. Sheryl when she graduated from college was drafted into the military. But, she was interested in the field of comedy. She was the first woman to win the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. Her TV career started in 1992, as a performer for the HBO comedy show Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was host of the show Oh Drama! Seit 2011, she is a cohost of the Talk show. In addition, she has a fictional role in shows like Bulworth Nikki, Bulworth or Beauty Shop.
