Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay was born 15 September 1915, in Ogden Utah. Fawn MacKay, a Mormon from the Church of the Latter-Day Saints' original family has fused her amazing literary skills and impressive expertise in research to publish the dazzling psychohistorical biographical work The book, No Man is a Master of My History, which was published in 1945. This title is derived from a funeral sermon delivered by the founding father of the Church of Latter-Day Saints in 1844. In the sermon, he wowed his listeners by declaring"You don't even know me." You've never met my heart. My past is not known to anyone. I'm unable to share it. Fawn an older woman, aged 29 wrote: "Since that moment of honesty at least three scores writers have taken on the challenge." Many have deified and even abused his character, whereas others are trying to find out the root of the cause. The problem isn't that there aren't enough documents instead, they're completely inconsistent. The process of collating these documents--of sifting first-hand account from third-hand plagiarism of fitting Mormon and non-Mormon accounts into a mosaic that makes credible history. It is both exciting and informative. Fawn brodie was professionally committed to the task. Her work in research and writing brought her recognition around the globe: Thaddeus Stephens. The Devil drives (1959). Thomas Jefferson. A personal history of Richard Nixon (1974), after his death.
